We, the people of the 11th Ward, will form deep connections with all communities of the 11th Ward to organize residents to wield collective power and connect with the communities surrounding the 11th Ward.

We will develop and recruit leaders within the community which reflect the diversity of our community and build skills in organizing, community development, research, and communications.

We will organize locally, and we will connect our local efforts to broader citywide, statewide, and nationwide fights for justice and equality which materially benefit the working class people of the 11th Ward. We will wage campaigns to confront corporate greed and political corruption, focusing on the root causes of the crises in our communities. We will create a robust program of political education so that our movement can effectively guide the political, economic, and cultural institutions of the 11th Ward and the City.
